 This is Joshua (day 31 - Lunch box).
He turned 7 August 16 and we had a small family party for him. he loves presents and cake and attention. In other words, he's a normal lovable kid.

For those of you who wondered after the lunch box shot how he's doing, let me report that everything is wonderful. His first grade teacher knows about last year (she knows what kind of teacher the last one is) and she is going above and beyond to make this a better year for him. By reputation she is the best teacher at the school and he is really happy again to be there.

Thanks to everyone for the kind comments. It helped me a lot to be able to rant and have so much understanding and support.
I really do love my kids.

You can tell by the lovely smile on his face and the adoring look in his eyes that he is loved. Birthdays are AWESOME when you're 7! Tell him Happy Birthday!

Yum - cake! He looks like a happy boy and I bet he had a good time. So glad to hear the new teacher is working out and he's let go of his fears. I bet that's a relief!
