Hey cool! Thanks ever'body! 45th place is pretty darn cool for my second effort.
This was natural lighting with one unnatural light shining across the surface (almost level). It was a Bible that I bought at an estate sale from the early 1900s and was used in the 1940s. I was going to use John 3:16, but it was split on two pages front and back. I then decided to use the 23rd Psalm as a good sacred text. The flower was pressed into the Bible at that page already. The news clipping listing the other verses was tucked in elsewhere... Since Psalm 23 was on there, I opted to include it as well. |

| I like the idea of two different colors of paper. The branch is just a tad distracting. I might have composed it a bit differently. The green thing on the end of the branch is hard to figure out. But, all in all, it's a pretty good shot. |
