Good dog picture. It's hard to see a connection to the challenge |

Nice photo but background is too cluttered to be negative space (under my own definition, I appreciate your mileage may vary;) 4, Kavey |

Great technical photo. Unfortunately it does not incorporate negative space. I wish it did, because I really really dig the photo, otherwise.

I love this portrait of the dog. Beautiful. I can almost hear him panting! I don't, however, see the negative space as you did. |

i feel that the negative space in this photo doesn't do much to improve the subject or the overall effect. |

This is an EXCELLENT pet portrait.. black and white also works well here.. the detail is excellent :) I would love to know what part of this image is considered negative space and how it supports the subject... - jmsetzler |

yes - a nice shot of the dog, but how does it relate to negative space? |

i'm sorry, but in my opinion, this isn't too much of a negative space photo, the dog takes up most of it and is not enhanced by the background. but then, the background also doesn't detract, the photo itself is nice, b&w works, i just wish there was a little catch-light in her eyes. -- gr8photos. |

Can't quite locate that illusive "Neg Space" BUT this is a nice pic of a beautiful pooch! Good luck in the challenge. Grayce aka Gracious |

I think the negativge space would work a lot better in this instyance if the head were completely framed, making it the sole subject/positive. As it stands right now, the head has to share the space with some uninteresting and unimportant bg material. 5 Jak |
