The flash is too harsh and the nose isn't as sharp as I'd like to see it.

Perhaps a bit too much flash.

The flash is to direct and harsh for my personal taste. It was a good idea to photograph a subject with large eyes though.

kinda funny but that harsh light is killer

A bounce-flash or natural light would have really helped this shot. Direct flash is NOT the way to go on any pic.
