pretty much did the ps auto enhance, then played a little with the yellows to boost them up a bit. That's about it. Outdoor lighting.

Post Challenge:
Thanks everyone for your comments. I am slowly getting better, and although the speed is my fault, the getting better part can be attributed to all of you! Thank you!

The corn was fresh picked that morning and bought at the farmer's market! It was great!

I live near Zellwood, FL...it is the Corn Capital of the World...this looks very very good...I can hear the pop of the kernel when you test for freshness...

Golden niblets that are really golden; I love that you avoided any temptation to go with a shallow depth of field here; the sharpness throughout adds wonderfully to the glowing, tasty feeling.

Terrific fill the frame shot. The colors compliment is wonderful and the detail is outstanding.Very very nice shot. Would work extremely well as a stock photo.

You've captured the sheen off those kernels really well - looks very tasty. For some reason I'd prefer to see this rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise - the landscape orientation here seems not to do it as much justice, IMO.

Gotta admit... there's alot of flowers and animals in this one... but this is the only corn on the cob I've seen so far. Points for originality, and more point for a great photograph. No complaints here.
