 My Ginko tree as subject of another Bokeh challenge...the sunlight on the leaves in the morning is incredible in the late summer and fall.

Shot in Raw and opened file in CS2. Adjusted exposure, curves, and saved as Jpeg. Opened in Elements 3.0. Adjusted levels (red,green, and blue individually to get color balance as desired). Adjusted hue saturation on individual channels to increase greens further and reduce stray colors (reds and cyans). Noise Ninja to increase local contrast, smooth background and sharpen slightly. Crop and save for web. USM at small radius, add border, adjusted levels midpoint, save for web.

Peter, this is beautiful! I was one of your 7's, and think I maybe robbed you. Upon closer inspection, I should have given you at least an 8 for this. The lighting is absolutely superb, as are the shapes.

Appeal:lovely soft colour, good focal point different and keeping it all in various shades of green makes it work
