Thanks for the input everyone. This was my first posting to DPC and I was not sure what to expect :)
For the record, its a BA XR6 Falcon 2003 model for you rev heads. And I think my seat is lop-sided, because there IS a slight tilt on the image now that I take another look.

Im regretting leaving the white roof face there now, I pretty much did it so that little splash of sky contrasted with the red, but ah well.

This apears to be a XR6 Ford Falcon (all Ozzie built) but I will let Jarrad confirm that for you.

Lovely progression of color from inside to out. Very clever use of available light

i like the clean lines - roof, garage frame, door... nice ray effect of the backlight.

I love the colours of your image. Good effect by means of the car´s light... 8

something very unsettling about this.. i used to have nightmares about kit from nightrider...

vvvrrrrrmmmmm
02/09/2004 04:16:26 PM
imaginative - scores for this alone.
02/09/2004 07:52:39 AM
I would have cropped out the roof and part of the road
02/09/2004 05:09:22 AM
i like it! - 10
02/09/2004 04:29:38 AM
I would have cropped the angled roof out.
02/07/2004 06:41:43 PM
Lovely garage art.
02/07/2004 05:15:44 PM
looks neat:)
02/07/2004 01:05:09 PM
I think I would have cropped the top to give it about the same size from the top of the garage door as on the sides, and left more at the bottom if possible
02/07/2004 01:11:10 AM
Nice idea and so well done Your garage is so CLEAN and TIDY
very crisp clear image I like the colours 7

Neat idea. I do feel like I want to tilt this thing to the left just a bit. I like the lower angle perspective. I, personally, would have cropped off the roof line.
02/06/2004 06:36:22 PM
Great lighting. dramatic photo.
02/06/2004 05:54:32 PM
nice shot, might be better if the bright lights on the bottom were off, the cropping was a little closer to the garage opening, and the driver was ducking so you didn't see there head.
02/06/2004 10:58:32 AM
I like the way you captured the streaks on the back wall from the tail lights. Nicely done.
02/06/2004 02:07:36 AM
Darn neat idea and pretty well executed, but there are some nits. (Isn't there always?) You should rotate the image 1 degree to the left, crop out more of the driveway and the roof. Still, a very nicely done image that meets the challenge and is quite creative. 8

Interesting idea, very well carried out
02/05/2004 10:38:28 PM
Neat idea!

Is that driveway covered with ice? Super effect. BOL. Unfortunately, the car is not turned sideways!!!
02/05/2004 03:32:14 PM
creative, but a bit tilted to the right. also, it might have looked a bit better with slightly more foreground and then cropping any distracting bits above the garage door.the shoes and other items in the background could be cleaned up for a more simplified look, as well.
02/05/2004 02:21:35 PM
cute idea... nicely done
02/05/2004 08:27:11 AM
This is a nice image, but it is slightly spoiled by the other objects on the floor of the garage
02/04/2004 10:19:02 PM
Nice shot... I'm assuming that the back is lit by the brake lights (I could be wrong) but I would suggest turning off the fog lamps... they are a bit distractive.
02/04/2004 05:01:27 PM
I would have croped it in a diffrent way - the roof is a bit destracting.
02/04/2004 03:00:45 PM
That garage is WAY too neat. I really like the lighting in this shot.

like the reflection on the driveway. perhaps crop more especially on top. slight clutter in garage to right of car should be moved
02/04/2004 11:44:25 AM
the lighting effect really works - both brakes and headlights - slightly tilted
02/04/2004 11:13:43 AM
great lighting... I think cropping a bit from the top and rotating about 5-10 degrees to the right (CW) would give this a great feel.
:)
02/04/2004 10:31:55 AM
great title, nice pic
02/04/2004 06:39:21 AM
Great Idea! Very original.
02/04/2004 05:29:27 AM
Ohhh an Ozzie ! It's nice to see something familiar that you can understand :)) you could have picked the SH*T up of the floor though! it would have been a hell of a lot better. Hmmm not an 8 either -10 points ;) If it has turbo I will give them back ;)

You really did this up great
02/04/2004 12:30:55 AM
the car and the headlights and the lighting in the garage is i think an 8 picture.. but the the white on the outside of the garage brought it down to 7 for me,.. still a very nice looking picture...
