Has the sense of control over unusual composition that works that Dali has... very striking and though-provoking. I find myself wondering at the details and how they interact with what's going on: the tire tracks, the subtle line of scrub in the background, the darker patch of cloud at right.

I must say. I'm really disappointed in this finish! Top 3 easy! 35th is not bad don't get me wrong. I had this blue from the first time I saw it. Oh well, what can you do?

Nice job as always!

Really bizarre Richard. Is MOses a statue? Love the creativity and nice score.

Kind of like Dali, only with old testament themes. I suppose it would be too much to ask to get rid of the tire tracks in the dirt, but it's a thought provoking piece.

Well not bad but still this is more of a digital art shot than a photograph to me and frankly I don´t want to see images like this in challenges even though the rules allow it. Sure, I am all for composites but only those that make up for a great photo, like adding another backround and stuff like that. I still respect the work that went into this and voted a 5. Just think Moses or whoever that is supposed to be is a bit off in regards to the lighting, I would have darkened the left side of him judging by the shadow he cast´s.

Interesting, but looks a bit too unrealistic for my taste as a \"photograph\". Works well as a graphic art type poster or something.

Nice imagery, though I worry about the foreground character (Moses?) - he comes off a bit 2D, almost Monty Python-esque, which is fine in and of itself except it seems a little out of place with the rest of composition. Love the clouds, background, building & the ground - you have great things going on there & they all work great for me! << 8 >>

I like the composition - sparse but effective, and great sky capture.

dynamic image - very intense and really well done (and I don't like this type of work) 10

I love the building, birds and cloud but can't quite figure out why Moses is made of stone. Hmmmmm Great editing nonetheless.

This is the second digital art photograph i've seen. It would be a 10 if the man was more humanlike.

Another great example on why I don't like expert editing on DPC. This stopped being photography long time ago. Belongs more on Deviantart than here. I can see your photoshop skills are great and this probably took a very long time to create - but it doesn't do anything for me...

Good Fantasy (or is that Moses - or LOR), but that's about it. It doesn't really say photography to me, and yes I know it's advanced editing... You are obviously good at PS...and have a creative talent, but I just can't see this as a photograph. What's the betting it'll get top ten. Good Luck

It's hard to understand, how much of this shot is photography and how much is digital art?
