 A lovely day was had by all in the Cornish village of Polperro. Tide is out (obviously otherwise the fishing boats would be floating!!) and it is lunchtime. Just to mention that I really enjoyed my fish and chips sitting on the harbour wall and particularly enjoyed the four pints of lager I consumed afterwards before promptly falling off said wall!! This photo was taken before the partaking of any alcohol!!

What a beautiful place. (Hope you're alright?). It looks if there's a (misty) triangle in the right upper part, but perhaps it's just the weather.

My first thought was, Eeek, where's the water!

This tells a nice story, and keeps the viewer in the image for a long time.

Thankyou for your concerns about my fall but I can confirm that all is well and the only ill consequences I received were a dirty mark on my linen pants (nice stone coloured pair, well they were until the dirty mark!!!) and some funny looks off a couple of seagulls and some other tourists!! My camera was safely out of reach!!

This is a really nice scene and different to the usual water views! I wonder how this would look at night with the lights glistening off the (mud?) bottom. Hope you didn't hurt yourself in the fall... BTW come on over and we can share a pot or two!
