I know this shot is probably going to be done several times, but I hope I came up with my own personal version that a few will like (We can't please them all now can we.)

I was after the nostalgia look. I bought the old milk bottle and the old fashion dinner plate at a local antique shop.

(2) 500w metal halide lights
(2) 60w desk lamps

Stuck a small rigid wire into the potato to support the cookie above the milk level

Shot in Canon RAW (CRW) mode

Dodged cookie very light to bring out "Oreo"

another ribbon winner for sure, great exposure, the milk could have be purer though, but your depth of field goes well with the placement of your subjects.

Do not know if you drop and shot or had it hanging from something, but I like how the cookie seems to just hang,

This is an awesome shot. I love the black and white...it goes perfectly with the Oreo thought. Best Cookies and Creme shot in this challenge!

A neat trick, but not enough to make the photo for me. I find it's hard to look at this picture. Maybe it's the harsh lighting and the glare on the plate or the shadow produced on the milk in the glass. I don't like the uneven focus on the cookies in the plate. Contrast is good, but this image cries out for some interesting tone or color.

I also took a cookies and milk picture... But I am proud I choose chocolate chips instead of Oreo!!! I like the contrast, short focus is also well done. Maybe a bit dark. 8

NIce action shot. Took me a second to see that it was mid-air.

I'll be interested in reading how you set up the shot to have the cookie floating like this.

Nicely done and pulled together, really like the b&w, timing excellent! Extra items (cookies and milk carton) in soft focus are well places. The border/frame adds a finished touch. This one should go up for sale in DPC Prints.

Excellent trick, and the composition is very good as well. The border isn't really my taste, but I'm giving you a 9 anyway

I love this border. It really looks like a photo in a frame. You used 4 different border effects to make this. Very nice. 9
