(Self Portrait) This is my punishment shot for being the "Court Jester" in the mediocre side challenge!Link here to Forum Thread

Note: this does not give it away ;P for those in another challenge.
"P.S. Bob...you were the Court Jester...so your punishment is different to the others. The text above was sent to all the members of the challenge. Your punishment is that you have to include 3 of the above items.....and a hat!!! Right?"

Dam you NikonJeb & Judi lol Love it really but don't tell anyone Ok?

Taken on our property at Midday, looked for a semi shaded spot and used the flash as a fill light, set up the camera on a tripod and after a couple of test shots had my wife press the button!

Dog is Jazz she is 15 years old and so obedient, a wonderfull companion!

Haha, yea, on my outtake for this challenge, my dog stole some of my twizzlers! This is cool.

The selective desaturation isn't helping here.

nice scene, the surrounding desat works well to pop out the subject, the only thing I can pick out ATM is the stick pokeing the man in the side :)

nice photo.

Utility pole coming out of the arm and the tree out of the head aren't working for me.

cute picture of the dog getting some love - the selective desaturation does not work for me here - a much closer crop on the dog and man with the candy bag near by would focus our attention better on the subject

I like the desaturation, it helps bring the subject out.

I don't see how this meets the challenge.

Interesting desaturation. The weed in front of his shirtsleeve detracts.

you are not seriously giving your dog liquorice are you? That is so bad for them, as well as chocolate is. partial desat isn't working for me.
