this is brilliant .. atmospheric .. love the textures of the brickwork and the way the stairs/railing stand out from them .. excellent in b&w ..
i'm totally loving CS3 by the way !!!
little things here and there that you just come across in processing that are so much more user friendly than CS2 .. :):)

WOW! I love how the curved handrail seems to merge with the arch above the door. The texture of the wall is wonderful too. The only tweak I would have done was straighten the shot. It seems to lean 1 or 2 degrees right. But it's not keeping me from really enjoying this.

Sheesh, how do improve from here? Well, we all know I don't know ;) I love the spiraling stairs, the lovely arched door, the grimey door corners, and the details on the stones. Very nice, of course.
