You performed a miracle to get that kind of DOF with the 3800! Nice job!
Now fill me in...
What did you use, the Macro function? How far were you from the subject with the lens? How far were you zoomed in if you didn't use the macro function?

Nice shot. I agree with Helgi's remark that the end not showing would have been more effective.
Lovely lines. I was drawn to this from the thumbnail. I like this a lot.
