this reminds me of the Xmas star in NYC! not sure you'd get any effect like this shooting through a CD or DVD (Waddy) aren't they too thick to let the light pass through unilike film?
the second thought is; WOW! someone still has film lying around! LOL!!

That worked nicely. I wonder about the physics involved in the colors of the burst. Is it the colors of the grains in the film, or a result of filtering by wavelength, or reflections between grains of the film? I would think that shooting thru a a CD or DVD might work for this too. I will try that, thanks for the idea. |
