 i changed the title after judy jutilda made her comment .. originally it was 'katee & sashy exploring' which is pretty boring .. 'summer rain' .. great !! .. thanks judy ... :):)
this is katee, who a lot of ppl already know & our other dog sashy .. she's 14 years old, extremely smelly and now nearly deaf .. altho sometimes i think its very selective .. they are the best mates ..
i did this this morning after being so impressed with everyone's work in the blur - part deux .. i went for a walk & took some more photographs of bees (i cant help myself if i hear them buzzing around) .. i then decided to try for some blur of the dogs .. i got a great one of katee rolling vigourously in some cow manure & some other one's that make her look like a ghost, which i'll process today or tomorrow and put in as well ..
i set the aperture to f25 for this one, and various f-stops for the other photographs, because the light was different in all of them .. i found that 1/5 to 1/15 sec worked well to get the effect i was after .. i pretty much always go manual ..
i moved the camera during the shot which created that watery blurred look, but i held it still for a fraction of a second before moving it, so the dogs were not too blurred ..

after this idyllic scene she went and rolled in manure ..


then she had a great time digging for something unseen in a hole ..

I only wish I could see better, to be able to use mannual settings, as I so like your results that you get, like this Roz
