Very much a 'stop the car' grab shot from the side of the road. None of my usual faffing around with tripods and lenses ;)

If we take a trip out to wensleydale we occassionally stop for a drink at the pub here - next time I shall have to get my camera out too! This is a super composition - taken from the bridge, I presume?

Too much saturation of color, especially the roofs. The bright color doesn't work with the cloudy day. This is a nice subject and the composition is good. Maybe this was sharpened too much. I think that a softer look would have helped this one.

This is such a classic - the only thing I would do id clone out the antenna on the roof of the tower - then it is a piece "out of time" - sepia would work, maybe with a hint of hand coloring. _ I like it.

This one seems overexposed to me.

You've got some excellent colors going on here. A bit of darkening might have brought them out more and made the image richer. I love the composition and the interesting trees and buildings. Beautiful.

Very cool location that looks good with the tonemapping. I would like to see it with the shadows just a tad bit blacker.

A postcard view - love the colors. Maybe just a tad too sharp, but I'm not a good judge since I like things a bit on the soft side. I'll bet this is magnificent even larger with all the detail.
