Love the tea-stained texture. The light soft light coming in through the windows gives the picture a warm feel. It seems this is an older building and the processing on the picture certainly brings that out. |

How much do you want for the apartment? I'd take it just for that window and the light. And how do you tea stain a photo? I can stain fabric, but I doubt it's the same process... |

Wow! I love the textured look you gave it, gives it a grungy look & leaving the vaccuum there was a definite good idea. |

But ohhhhhhh what a COOL apartment that will clean up to be! I love those old places with the wood floors and bay windows.
Show us the cleaned up version too, okay?
I really like this photo. |

They way you have depicted it, it looks quite romantic, though I know it couldn't have been - cleaning other people's dirt is never fun. Great photo, though. Love the filtery thing. |

JUST had to do that (in the apartment over the garage of the house we used to live in; we sublet the apartment). Oh my gosh the nastiness. I couldn't bring myself to photograph it.
This is a gorgeous shot. I love that room, with the light and the floors, and your treatment is awesome. |

OH I LOVE THIS. AS in Hazel the maid? Or is that the brand. Excellent light, tones and editing. Really well done. So nostalgic. |

Looks like I'm peeking in a window of old bubble glass from the other side of the house. Lovely image and I love the vacume in the floor. Processing is spectacular!

Ahhh....that Hazel. Sadly, I am old enough to remember actually watching Hazel on TV as a child, although I think that it was in reruns by that time. :/ How funny that she would pop into your head as you went about your landlording chores. :} |

Love the light coming through the windows. Really has an 'old time' feeling with the texture. Nice. |

I love your processing! This could be an image of a parlor from Victorian times, if not for the vacuum cleaner bringing one back to the present day. Makes me think of a haunted house, I really love it! |

Now this I like, especially the feeling of empty space.....
Love the processing that you have done with this one.....
The soft textures and overlay really suits this composition perfectly..... |

Been there, done that too (the landlord thing). Wouldn't want to do it again, but it was indeed a good life experience. This shot is awesome! Great composition and light, and that overlay is definitely working here. Man, look at all those windows! What a great room! By the way, does hazel refer to the vacuum cleaner? |
