| Obviously you have no control over it, but I think the reason why this wasn't perfect is because the bird is facing the nest. If he were flying away from it, that'd make more sense to our subconscious. |

| Thats unique for this challenge. I like it, though I may have taken some of the color out of the wings to make it more consistent with the rest of the browns. |

| It's tough not to love this - The thorns symbolizing the harsh elements ahead - the nest - so small and precarious, the glowing wings reminding how cool it must be to be a bird. |

| This is one of the best shots that jumped out at me when scanning through the thumbnails. I love the silhouette here and the fact that your subject is doing something, rather than just sitting there looking at the camera. I love the full wingspan and the dof, I'm not sure what else I can say about this shot, it should be a ribbon winner in my opinion. |
