 Once again a very gloomy day plus my only exciting photographic opportunity was at my girls gym....terrible lighting :( As usual I got really frustrated with my inadequacies.
I thought this photo was quite amusing and toatlly unintentional. My daughter Nimue was waiting to have her turn on the beam and this girl just run across her and pushed in!

Your processing overcomes the lighting issues. The running girl somehow adds a sense of motion to your daughter.

oooooh, I like it! Not inadequate at all. I love high key photos, especially with pastel pretty colors softening the background.

I hear those gymnasts are pretty competitive :) That one sounds like she was on a MISSION! It would have been hard not to be on a mission to go spank her little butt for being so rude tho :)
