A bit blurry and it looks like the image was overexposed on the birds breast, with an attempt to compensate in post-processing. Good job to get close enough for the shot.

Not sharp enough, distracting background (and foreground), color balance seems a little blue, but nice attempt.

I bet this guy took flight right after you shot this. Not an easy shot to get. I recommend boosting the Saturation levels, just to bring out all the colors :).
