the backlighting is cool, but almost looks like a mistake in b/w. i'm assuming that's a fence or something in the lower 1/3? |

LOL! Love the commentary - and they do look just a bit wary of you, don't they? Stop by more often - eventually they'll get used to you and maybe even smile a time or two... I don't know, though - that one in front? Really not lookin' like she wants you there... |

Gotta love that shadow/hilight button. It can really save a sunshine lit backlight shot. This is really impressive - even if they aren't impressed.
Nice job.

Love the back lighting and the protective cow in the front obviously was a bull in a past life I have never seen a cow look so cross! |

Love the backlighting, and the shot looks so wonderful in dark b&w! That front cow looks pretty menacing, good thing there was a fence :-) |

Cows are so interesting! The light behind them makes their ears look fun! Nice work. |

LOVE this photo! The cow in the back - obviously feeling safe behind her sister - has her ears forward in curiosity.
The cow in front - clearly the alpha - is putting her ears back as if to say, watch it buster! She has a glint in her eyes. I wouldn't trust her.
Great processing!! |

Oh yay!! Loving their "DUH" expressions. Why do I love cows so much? Great rich blacks in this one. |
