thousands of snow geese rest here on their migration south. It is amazing to see them constantly taking off & landing & to hear their HONKING! These guys were startled into action. I was sitting on the ground, had great perspective! Very Hitchcockian ("The Birds")
EDIT: open, duplicate, levels, crop, selective color adj to yellow, red & green. noise reduction, shadows, USM, levels, border, resize, SFW/opt
POST: well, cool! that's not a bad finish considering the early voting was very discouraging:( For a minute there today, it seemed the geese might bump Jackson off my profile page, but his spot seems secure!) |

| It is a very interesting point of view, like the composition also. The only criticism that I have is that it looks a little underexposed to me or maybe lacks some color, cannot tell for sure what is wrong to me, but that's why I'm giving you a 7, not a 10. |

| I think the composition is nice, but this picture clearly shows how this picture was overprocessed. The amount of highlight (via photoshop) has been increased by a too large amount - 6 |
