 Little 5 Points Halloween Parade
That's the Frederick Douglass High School Marching Astros in the background, walking backwards. They're awesome.
Oh, what I wouldn't give to use Levels in this challenge. And maybe Curves. But only because I had turned off the flash by the time I took this.

I am convinced that this is a parade, however, I am not convinced that it is a Halloween theme.

This photo tell us a nice human interest story. One can draw two conclusions from your shot right away. The first is that the band is so loud you need to cover your ears or two, the band is so awful that they hurt your ears. Nice capture and good choice of angle I like the DoF and the choice to use B&W well for this shot.

Photojournalism!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Telling a story using a picture. Very good! I love that the little girl thinks it is too loud, but she be da**ed if she wasn't gonna watch and listen. (8)

Great emotion captured with the girl clasping her ears. Good Dof but as a headlining story in the paper, I would expect to see faces.
