the slightly out of focusness bugs me a bit. seems a little high key (too bright)... allright but it lack interest. |

I love Oreos. Good thing you didn't choose Vanilla Wafers though.....Focus could be stronger, but this is a great idea with a good choice on amount of background shown. |

Texture nailed, but I think it would have been better on a different background. The plain white is just too boring. |

Very competent studio shot - high-key background is perfect, detailing is perfect, lighting is pretty good, though perhaps just a touch harsh, direct. Don't get a sense of the srumbliness of the biscuit, it rather looks harder than that, which I think is a function of the harness of that main light (from the shadow, it looks like a standard shaded desk-light. Subject a mite dull though - just an Oreo, huh? |

[World Record Attempt]
+ Milk and cookies :). I remember those from my grandmother. Simple yet interesting photo with an emphasize on light, shadows and textures. The composition and POV are well chosen.
- Can't think of any. |

I would prefer if you had used double stuff...
joking!
Would be better if the oreo had been more to either side of the picture though. Nice job! (8) |

Definately some texture here. I don't like the shadow though. You could try to place a light source on each side of the cookie and see if that lessens that shadow a bit. Focus and clarity look ok. I wonder too if you could try some kind of an interesting angle, or different placement within the frame. Kind of dead center. Not off enough to really scream dramatic angle. ~Heather~ |

yum ;) To make this solid shot better, I'd like to be closer to the cookie (photographically speaking, of course) |

I like your shot it's technically very good. However...it looks lonely, should be tilted up or your above. The shadow is a bother. I think the real and only flaw is the angle. 8 from me. |

Texture comes through great but there's not much punch or interest. |

Good texture, but I wish it was presented a little more creatively. I'm sure the simplicity is intentional, but it doesn't work for me. |
