| Nice texture although a little out of focus..adding a little more contrast would have highlighted the texture a little more also |

| Haven't seen as many shots of this subject as I would expect. Reasonable version, this: really concentrates on the texture, which is good, especially in the un-peeled areas. |

| Good shot of the texture. I would have liked more DOF personally, but seems a lot of closer shots are that way with this challenge. Subject is pretty bland. |

| Good shot. Might have projected better 'feel' if observer had been a bit further away? at this distance it's a bit too abstract for the challenge (compared with other entries) Still a fine image though and scores well. |

| Good texture but I would have liked to see all the frame in focus. The cornes seem to blury which takes away from the texture. Good luck. |

| Good light using. The lateral light is the best light to reveal textures. |

| nice picture, i am drawn away from the focus by the blurring in the corners though. |
