Great textured shot, just looking at it makes me feel I could both run my hand down the coarse wood and I that I can almost smell that freshly sawn smell
Great repetitive patterns (always a favourite of mine) and beautifully lit which complements the duotone perfectly |

brilliant photograph and process michelle .. it was definitely worth a lot more than 5.5 .. it has a wonderful dramatic feel, excellent lighting and the colour tones are just beautiful .. love the title .. !! ..:) |

Strong geometrical lines and the light suffusing through is very nice! You did a great job bringing out the tones and textures in the wood. |

I like this, but there's something that doesn't quite make it for me to be superlative, just very nice. I cannot help with a suggestion, though......I wouldn't know what to do were it mine. I do like the geometric design, and the lighted opening. I'm giving it a 6.0 'cause it is good, but I think a PS guru could make it pop, or something. |

great re-edit, it looks wonderfull you really pulled those blown areas back to life with the highlight / shadows tool. very well done, I bet this is in the 6's
I'm not voting in this but this is an 8 in anyones book |
