 Just a quick hand-held snap of a friend's lamp, I really liked the way the color of the light struck the wall behind it. I pumped the saturation, used minimal spot editing to clean up stray reflections, and applied a slight unsharp mask to make it all pop.

I love the colors. The reflection on the front of the lamp is a bit troubling to me though.

not quite a mundane lamp ;) nice lighting effect and use of thirds
