This lovely Lass Devi and her Husband Ben were in the gardens when we were there doing a photo shoot, and said we could take some of her new baby. The lighting is natural.
Thought a nice Duotone would look good, Hope you like it.

This is absolutely stunning.

And, while others find the bra strap distracting - I like it. It's a nursing bra, which tells me she's nursing her child.

This is a nice composition, a beautiful baby, a loving expression on the mother, and very nice duotone. Unfortunately I find the bra strap distracting and a bit of a turnoff. I wish you could have gotten the shot without the bra (with just the baby covering the breast, or with the blanket draped up on the mother's shoulder.

This seems really underrated to me. I'm having trouble figuring out why this didn't score higher - maybe not quite enough contrast on the faces (a bit of dodging / burning or soft light layering might have brought them out a little more). Still, the interaction between the mother and child is lovely, and the DOF is perfect. I think you got robbed!

I very much like this. The composition is perfect in my opinion, and as I said, very much shows the joy and wonder of a new mother. I think this would also be lovely in straight black and white. Hopefully you can get a copy to her!

cute shot, I think that there is some noise or sharpening artifacts in the shadows around the nose and the arm/cleavage and babies head.

Perhaps the duotone hue is a little on the strong side. A darker border to match the could of the childs hair may have improved overall tonal balance. Nicely composed though

Beautiful candid. I think the NI was a bit strong, but otherwise a charming candid.
