By the way:
The metal "ring" (support)on the botton right of the picture was a clue for the most intent... |

For those who didn't get it :-(
This was a beer glass (similar to a red wine glass)
The glass was almost horizontal with some beer on it.
The "nipple" was a drop of water.
The background was a red card
I rotate the picture ~180º
The reflexions were my kitchen sink, the support I got (a simple wine bottle support) and the beer can.
Maybe the picture's name should be Beer Breast...
