I worry this is too complex to score highly, a more neutral background to keep this simpler I suspect would have done better. To improve composition, I would have gone for a more widescreen aspect ratio and opened up more space on the right hand side to keep the bird one third over to the left.

Great job including the swimmer in the frame... and the RV. The seagull is well captured and the additional activity in the frame is complimentary.

lol your title made me laugh. Others may not like the background, it is a little busy, but I like it - it adds scale to the pic. I'd have liked the bird itself to be in better focus
