Boy, I relate to first and 2nd place for sure! Yes, high school is hell for many , makes me tear up to look at this. My daughter is in her last year (thank god) and hoping college will be a much kinder place.

| Nice shot. I was thinking of doing something like this, probably in an airport terminal or mall, but never got it done. I like the introspective stare, hiding under a hoodie, and of course the steady image vs the blurred passers by. |

| Very nice. I just got through recommending to the other person that entered one like this to try looking down on the subject. A little more contrast and more interesting background might help this shot. It conveys the challenge very well. Nice job! |

| good concept, but not long enough shutterspeed for me. now the traces of people are distracting. colors are nice, square crop works well here, but would like subject a bit more top and right, to get rid of distracting top right wall. |

| Nice concept, although I think the pink and the brightness of the photo takes away from the isolation, they are normally more happy things. The execution and quality of the photo are excellent however, the subject is sharp as a tack. Good job. |
