I voted on this but missed commenting on it. I had no idea Cleveland was so beautiful :P. I love the glowing sky and it's reflection in the water. Very pretty!

Nice color balance between blue and orange, sunsets are so common but this is nice, the rocks as a leading line add interest.

I love the colors, but I would like to see more detail in the rock jetty and on the tree horizon. I don't know if ashadow/highlights mask would work with your capture, but give it a shot. Right now, you have an amazing sky and a lackluster foreground that is distracting me from the sunset--and it shouldnt.
