 This is actually the same leaf I used in my Complementary colors IV entry. I decided to put it to good use before it wilted completely. I had the idea to do this real soon after I saw this challenge. I thought, what can I photograph that is "Unseen"? Well how about a tropical rain and leaf on ice which would represent the arctic. After about 25 attempts I stopped and picked this one to use.

Post-processing:
-Straighten and crop
-Desaturated the ice then used the dodge tool to lighten it a bit.
-Light use of Shadow/Highlights to lighten some of the shadows on the leaf.
-Light use of Selective color on blue background and leaf
-Healing tool to remove some small reflections and hotspots.
-Resize, USM, border, Save for Web.

Had to think for a moment on this. Tropical is not seen in the artic neither is the artic seen in the tropics. OK.
