 I had nothing for today as my back is messed up and it hurts to move around too much. I was sitting trying to think of something to take a picture of because the attempt to capture Cartesia in bubbles didn't work. Ken suggested taking a picture of one of the girls’ body balls and playing around with the lighting to see what I could get. I came up with some not so hot pictures. I found one that was okay but wasn't sure where to go with it until I decided to try out the nik Efex Weird Dreams filter. I changed the hue of the area surrounding the ball to a blue color. This reminded me of a beach ball in water. I am pleased with how this turned out after not having such a good start at today’s photo.

Nice job using weird effects to save a shot you'd otherwise trash. And a good eye to realize you could save it in the first place. I like the colors and shapes, makes for a cool abstract.

This thing just jumps off the screen and grabs you by the beach balls! I can see this hanging on a wall somewhere.

What a fun image! Love the overlapping shadows, and the colors are totally amazing.

Sorry your back is bothering you. Every since I started doing yoga, I have no more back probs.

That's a fun image. It looks like Jupiter in weird space. Great composition. It's better full size than in the thumb.

i'm sorry you've got back troubles .. that would be the pits especially with young children .. great result from your processing .. very bright and happy .. hope your photography and processing takes your mind of your pain .. :)
