Thanks everyone for your comments. They were all enlightening, including the negative ones. In retrospect I should've taken a more interesting photo of the vehicle. My thinking at the time was to make it look like an authentic ad, and that taking a more interesting photo just would've been incongruent. I had the idea to go to the airport and get some shots of people kissing in the car and use that in the ad. I think that would've done better, although I'm not sure it would've made that much of a difference.
On the bright side, there's nowhere to go but up (well there is last place) from here! |

| I didn't realize you had made the craigslist ad. I thought you found something online and took a photo of it. I'm sorry I didn't recognize the effort that went into the shot. |

| I have seen several fo these ads in the past (generally emailed from other people).. they never fail to make me laugh, did you see the one with the DJ in the UK who said on-air he would love to sleep with his wifes sister.. When he got home she had sold his beloved Lotus sportscar.. thanks for the laugh. |
