Used some lump charcoal that tended to "pop" a lot to get the embers flying for this shot. Took about 25 shots to get this one. Cropped out the main portion of the fire, resized and that was about it. Thanks to all for your votes and great comments.

Meets the challenge? of course, real fireflies?
I really like the composition of the shot, especially the softness of the flame coupled with the crispness of the 'fire flies' |

| This looks like a tough shot to take. The tradeoff of a longer shutter speed to see the flies cost some detail in the fire. |
