1/10 sec is definitely not a USUAL exposure, so, IMHO it is a long exposure shot. Under-rated, should have placed much better.

one of my favorites in the challenge - the action created by the motion and the lack of motion on the non-emergency vehicles works so well together - back for a comment and a bump

a very well matching subject from a well chosen POV. a bit much of a border, especially at the bottom.

Nicely captured. The black strips gives it a movie feel. Car chase scene anyone?

I don't think you needed the heavy black frame... I like that the ambulance is the blurred vehicle tho...
