I wonder if this might work better in black and white. I think it might just be alittle too close also. |

Ok - there is a DPC tradition of taking shots of a HD but i cant see the "faulty" bit of this... And the grain doesnt really add to the image, nor does the oof foreground imo. :( Composition is nice tho. |

Lovely macro and golden tones. So many choices of where to place the focal point, I imagined you might have tried the tip of the arm but perhaps you went for this one instead because that might have ment only a very small area of the image was in focus so you did the right thing doing what you did. The image seems a little noisy though, perhaps its just my dislay but I would have thought you would have used a tripod and the lowest ISO possible and gotten perfect quality |

Hmm, looks fine to me. Anyway, you'll never return it under warranty now. The colours and lighting are really goo here. I love the way it looks like gold clockwork, or something like that. I'd crop a little more off the top though, as the broken black lines detract from the flowing lines and smooth circles elsewhere. |
