 This photograph was taken From the passenger seat of a car, through the window. I was on my way to go skiing up on Mt. Hood near Portland Oregon so I was fairly high up. It was roughly 9:30 AM on a December morning so the sun was half-way up in the sky, and rapidly moving past the trees giving the effect of a blinking light. I wondered what would happen if I took a long exposure shot with the sun going behind the trees like this. I set it to bulb and held the shutter for about 30 seconds. That was to long and way to much light came into the picture. Then I lowered my ISO and tried again, but this time my finger slipped and I ended up getting a very fast shutter speed and right when the sun was behind a tree like this:



Now I had a new goal, and tried to take the same shot again but make it look a little better. SO I ended up with what I have now!
