If you're trying to emphasize "fast" here, then you've got a starting point. My eye isn't drawn to the blurring of the cars (alluding to "fast"), so the image loses a lot of potential. A focal point in long exposures seems to be hard, and I can't really find one here. |

It's clear, and a good demonstration of a long exposure, but there's no real focal point here. In other words, there's just too much going on without a single item to be drawn to as a subject. |
