 Am loving the low ISO noise in the Mark III.
Cropped, very slight curve adjustment, sharpened once, border added, saved.

For those of you who didnt get it :
Wax is a texture that can change drastically in different heats.
From hard and spikey, to warm and squidy all the way through to liquid.
And that was my ( failed ) emphasis !

The flame and wick are in focus, not the wax. I can barely discern the wax.

Nice shot, not sure about the lighting though, could do with more! Also i'm not really sure that this meets the challenge ;-)
