 Yes, it's a brown ribbon. I was going to create a more realistic one from material cut from this piece, but I somehow felt that a corny photo wasn't worth it, so I rolled up the whole thing and did this.
I seem to have been using direct on board flash ever since someone asked if anyone uses them any more.
