It's a tradition! My mother-in law has given me carving knives several times now. Nobody will let me carve the turkey, cause I make a mess of it.

Oh, I'd be HAPPY to get a horseradish root. Man.... Peel it and freeze it, grate it when frozen, it adds a little zoom to a lot of things, very controllable... Nice shot too.
