| Certainly in the middle of nowhere, the sound is reduced. Photographically, however, I find there is little interest in this photo and the sun is overexposed. |

| Tough to get landscapes to actively suggest silence but this one does - I think it's the sunrise. A really striking shot. |

| Another good sky picture. The ground, trees and grasses have come out nice and dark in the foreground. All except for the thing in the bottom left that looks like a piece of plastic sheeting. It's too dark to be a distraction, though. I like the silhouettes of the distant trees. |

| i like the concept of your photo but seems to lack the drama of silent ,beautiful nature. just an idea:shooting this actually in the wooded area with more daylight |
