 What a great sunrise to start the new year. I saw the pink snow from inside the house, made a quick dash for my camera and coat and was out the door in 3 minutes. It faded within 5 minutes total.

This is our only way of getting color where I live. I live for the sunrises, but one never knows when the sky will fire-up brightly.

This is across the street from my front yard.

Should have rotated 1% more.

Aaaaaaawwwww! This is beautiful! I love how snow picks up the color of the sky. It's a new palette every day.

Free SNOW! You haul!!

oh my, we have 3 feet and get this...120" on top of the pass! My gawd that's a lot of snow. I'd send it to you in a minute. LoL, at first I thought you wanted to see more snow in the forground of the image!! I'm slow today!

Lovely tones. I'm sorta with Jason smardaz in that I'd like more snow. My personal petpeeve is rain in the winter.
We started out well with snow early on, but seem to have petered out. Looking forward to more snow scenes.

what LOVELY colors in the sky! wish we had some of that snow. My philosophy on cold weather is that if it aint gonna snow i would just rather it be warm.
