Fascinating how the deer almost blend into the grass - great work! |

I am astonished at the score on this. I expected it to ribbon. I can't believe some of these comments saying things like the woods are too busy and they can't see the deer's face, and that the deer is blended with the brush. I guess these people have never seen a deer in the wild or know anything about natural camouflage. |

unfortunately, to me just seems like 6 different bucks running together. like that would ever happen though.
Also, they kinda blend in with the brush. |

Love the way the deer is almost disguised against the undergrowth, contrasting with the deep red colours of the leaves on the trees. Very impressive the way the deers head isn't blocked by the two entwined branches.Lovely picture. :) |

Great shot. The OOF foreground plants are a bit distracting as they do merge with the deer a little bit. This is still a top 10 shot IMO |

i love the colours of the top half of the photo, especially the leaves. the grassess seem a little too bright and don't provide good contrast to see the buck as well as it might have. great work on the transition of the time lapse. |

This is beautiful. I know how hard it is to get photos of deer moving anyhow...but this was done well. Good job |

The deer seems lost against the foliage, but then that's why nature made them that color, right? |

A bit to much foreground distraction from the buck |

Other similar techniques have been rather unnatural and are obviously multiple captures where as this could be a single image. Therefore it meets and challange in a rathr subtle special way. Great colours - well done |

Good capture, bit chaotic over the fuzzed up (blown out?) foreground. Extra point(s) for being there. |

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Ho difficult this merge must have been, and how well you did it! I love the scene, the colors, and the action. This would make a great jigsaw puzzle. 10 |

Good job focusing on the subject in the brush. I wish we could see the deers face. |

Don't suppose you get to tell the deer to wait while you find the best angle to shoot from, but it's pretty hard to see the deer here due to all the foreground obstruction. |

Too busy. You really have to study it to make it out. Also the foreground lacks in contrast and color. |

A nice idea, but the buck's pretty hard to pick out of the foreground and background. |
