This is a tough exposure, with the bright clouds and the dark subject. I'd suggest the Shadow/Highlight (or equivalent) tool to lighten up the building and darken the clouds.

| This is a nice composition but your exposure is a bit dark for my tastes. I'd really like to see more detail in the building on the water. Still, a nice shot. |

| I see the buildings, but its the the first thing that my catches. Perhaps a better alternative would have been a darker sky and a lighter foreground/buildings. |

| This looks like a wonderful setting but the contrast and depth of colour in this shot doesn't really bring out the atmosphere as much as I would like to see. |
