 Lighting was a bit tricky, and I ended up not having the equipment to do this shot the way I wanted. I suspended a black background in front of my studio light which was pointing at a white background. I had to cut a white piece of paper and tape it to the back of the glass to ensure the black card wouldn't show up in the beer. Had the wife pour the beer in as I snapped away. Post processing...levels and saturation adjustments, sharpened, framed, and resized.

Lighting is great, colours are nice. I wonder what this would look like with a longer frame horizontally, and the glass in the last 1/3 of the frame? Just a thought.
