 Standard shot, no flash, adjusted lighting to match between the outdoor light and the room light. Waited until almost dark to manage the light difference, otherwise the outdoor light was blowing out all details.
Basic editing, adjusted the contrast and brightness to where I wanted it. Then reduced the saturation to get B&W. Then set levels for black and white area's. sharpen , save.

I love your concept and I think you really got your point across, I feel like you went to my own elementary school classroom. It is very busy picture but my eye immedietly followed the line of the desks to the window with the playground. The business doesn't bother me though, it's fun to look around and see new things. The bit of color in the corner is distracting, and overall gives off a sad depressing mood of being "rapped in the classroom while the playground taunts you."
