 this was entered in the 'best of 2007' challenge .. i did a self dq coz it was scoring very badly ..
there are some absolutely amazing photographs in there . this just doesnt compete ..

this is the other one that i considered .. it would probably have done worse ..

Ah, who knows from voters. These are the same people handing out 7's 8's and 9's for a silly marshmallow peep picture. (That would be mine...)

I agree you should have left it in! It looks sparkly and magical. btw, I yanked my image at the last minute...really there was 2 minutes left. Oh well...

Aw, you should have given it a chance, it might have picked up. I saw this in the challenge and loved it. I love abstract shots with bright colours and this is one of them.
